1. Who is responsible
Rojbit, the operator of rojbit.io, is responsible for your personal data. The legal details of the operating company will be published here before launch.
2. Data we collect
Only what we need to run your account and keep it safe.
- Account: email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), language and referral code
- Security: two-factor settings, IP addresses, a device identifier and your log-in history
- Activity: orders, trades, demo balances, price alerts and API keys
- Messages: support tickets and their attachments, and your address if you subscribe to the newsletter
- No identity documents are collected during the demo
3. Why we use it
To run the service and your account, to keep them secure and prevent fraud, to answer you, and to meet legal obligations.

- We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising
4. Where it is stored
On our servers in the United Kingdom.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the service providers needed to run Rojbit, under contract, and with authorities when the law requires it.
- Host: server hosting, in the United Kingdom
- Cloudflare: delivering and protecting the website, and forwarding email
- Mailgun: sending account emails, from the European Union
- Your orders reach our external trading venue under Rojbit's own account, without your personal details
6. How long we keep it
As long as your account is open. When you close it, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep. Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, export or deletion, and object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

We use only the cookies needed to run the site, and no analytics or advertising cookies. See the Cookie policy.
